Returns (30 days)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

With all original tags attached

In original packaging (when applicable)

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to start a return
To initiate a return, email us at support@foravinyc.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages, defects, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@foravinyc.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to receive a different size or style is to place a new order. If eligible, you may return the original item by following the return process above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
